At DIA for an hour plus? Scoot down the train to Terminal C to check out the food (and the living wall gardens) at Root Down. A twin of the farm to table restaurant in Highlands.

Try this place for something in the airport that isn't typical bar food. The hummus was great. The turkey burger had solid flavor but wasn't very warm. The quinoa was a tad bland but still fresh.

Best airport food I've had in a very long time. Great beer selection. The beef cheeseburger with pretzel roll was delicious.

It's in terminal C, but you can catch the train from A or B without having to go through security. It's totally worth it.

This place just opened. The beet salad with tofu is amazing. All farm to table. Don't go looking for a Bud Light...but they do have A full line of local beers on tap.

Cool vibe and spot for a cocktail. Didn't try the food. Get a seat towards the back away from the hustle. Service was a little slow.

They asked me how long until my flight and seated me at the cutest table ever with charging outlets (and pointed it out to me too!) food was also great! This place rocks!

Drink was great. Loved that they asked when our flight boarded. Service was slow and food was good for airport but wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.

Great airport food, actually, would be good anywhere. Chorizo omelet was really good. Be sure to try the local organic ketchup.
