- GNTLMNJune 28, 2012This Bushwick spot has become a scene for good reason. Known mostly for pizza, get a side of roasted smashed potatoes with bacon, maple syrup and hot sauce. Incredible. Sunday is Tiki Disco party day!
- Andrew CMay 14, 2021Amazing pizza joint with delicious cocktails and wonderful garden patio seating area!!!! Limited menu, but phenomenal pizzas and very friendly staff
- Julie SosciaAugust 2, 2018Pizza is some of the best in NYC. Grab a slushy cocktail or enjoy a beer--outdoors is more fun than outdoor seating, but only available in the summer.
- Steven MartinhoNovember 30, 2012Good atmosphere. Good pizza too. Although a little pricey for a 10 inch pie. Definitely worth the trip. The smells alone will make you feel like home. Keep it simple and you won't regret it. Enjoy.
- Carolina MirandaApril 18, 2012Best hipster-watching in the WHOLE UNIVERSE!! Oh, pizzas are excellent, too. Pastas are tasty, but portions microscopic. If you're po' stick to the pies (inc $5 Working Man slice at lunch).
- Valerie SecklerMay 20, 2016In four visits, Roberta's kept rocking a great pizza. Off the beaten path for many New Yorkers, but a must to try for the uninitiated.
- The Famous Original and Margherita Pizzas are excellent. Have the Margherita with extra basil. I also like adding a little Calabrian chili oil
- Lee SimpsonJuly 12, 2016Gets crazy busy and there's always a line, but it's well worth the wait - probably my favorite pizza joint in Brooklyn. Highly recommend the Little Stinker.
- Ally KeenanNovember 17, 2014My friend and I shared a pizza, the romain salad, and the amazing marinated olives over super good 90s hip hop. It definitely was a good start to our Sunday fun day! X
- We especially dug the bruschetti of lardo and ramps, and a deceptively simple dish of perfectly grilled asparagus garnished with pecorino and ham. And it's BYOB! Read more
- Philip GarciaApril 3, 2015Chill urban vibe with an in-restaurant DJ! Explore the menu! Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and 'Nduja Spicy Sausage are very flavorful!
- Eshrefe ShehuFebruary 5, 2016Loooved the smoked ribs. So juicy and tasty. Those who love a bit spicy go with the Axl Rosenberg. Loved the pizza crust.
- Justin DeanAugust 11, 2014If you like burgers, make the trek for lunch, it's the best in the city for the $. Consistently some of the best refined food in the city that you can go to w/ anyone.
- AmateurConciergeMay 9, 2015The hype is so real. Cornmeal pancakes were amazing. So was the breakfast pizza, whose crust somehow never got soggy even with a soupy cheesy saucey mess atop it.
- Sit at the inside bar if there's room. You avoid the wait, and if you've put your name in, you can order at the bar and transfer over to your table when's its ready. Also, great bartenders.
- Andrew LitvakMarch 4, 2015Some of the best pizza around. Beastmaster will be the only thing you need to eat all day, but don't let that stop you from trying the combo plate as well.
- Alejandro FigueroaMay 16, 2015You can found an amaizing pizza in this place and a great atmosphere. Enjoy your stay here because is a great place. I recommended it!!!
- Great atmosphere with outdoor seating in the summer. Try the pizza with capers, jalapeños, and sausage. Good list of craft beers as well.
- Bee sting is the best! Garlic knots are good too /m- they have the flaky texture of a croissant
- KinoNovember 11, 2014This iconic Bushwick pizza joint is extremely popular. There's a take away Roberta's down the block. The Famous Original was good, but pricey at $14 for the size. I'll return to sit down next tine.
- Olivia SlutskyMay 23, 2016If the restaurant is super packed, just head out back, order take out + a cocktail and enjoy the garden. Such delicious pizza it's worth the wait!
- TiffanyFebruary 29, 2012become more and more not veg friendly. My favorite pizza, the white and green, was removed a while back and now the cheesus Christ is gone too! I could get a god damn margarita pizza anywhere. Lame.
- The bee sting!! A margarita pie with soppressata and hot honey
- 7/7/14 - Pizza amazing. Calzone amazing. Red wine (2 in the middle) was the worst wine we have ever had, Wine was likely $8 bottles retail. Also no PORK dishes?? What's happening??
- Polina WeitzOctober 8, 2017The Dennis original pizza hits the spot. Great dough, great sauce, great cheese. Be prepared for a long wait to be seated, especially on the weekend.
- TinoMay 2, 2018Some things don’t change and Roberta’s is a Bushwick must. Grab pizza at the take-away / bakery and sit outside.
- Fabiola CaceresJuly 24, 2011The green and white pizza is fantastic, as well as their house salad. Simple and perfect. Michelada's outside area my favorite cocktail at this place... Go early in the evening as it is always packed.
- Fodor's TravelSeptember 9, 2015In summer service extends to a hip patio tiki bar. Roberta's is wildly popular, so either come early or try for a table at lunch or brunch, which isn't as hectic. Read more
- CarolJanuary 29A Brooklyn treasure. The bee sting pizza is my favorite and I love dipping the crust in honey and chili oil
- Wendy GApril 10, 2013Cute patio at back, wood-burning oven pizza is great. Order the Good Girl if you love Kale. Coriander and Marshmallow fluff gelato - yum! Also the fresh made mint lemonade. Tasty!
- Howard WalfishMay 12, 2015The pizza is consistently amazing. I know they make other food as well, but stick to the pizza and you won't be disappointed. They just opened a take-out operation a few doors down
- So much to say! Great beer selection, pizzas, charcuterie. Non descript on the outside, very cool on the inside. Worth the trip to Bushwick!
- Roniel TesslerSeptember 20, 2017The bee pizza was too spicy, but I'm excited to come back and try another pie. Crust is thin and delicious. Ingredients are wide-ranging and exciting.
- GQ MagazineDecember 3, 2015Few know this place sells its own peanut butter. The slightly crystalline texture turns luscious-smooth in your mouth as you catch a burst of chile heat and…coffee? Read more
- Guilherme IrberNovember 5, 2013Loong waiting list for dinner. More than two hours, even on mondays! Tried here two times, and give up. Doesn't matter, less than 30min on subway L-A you reach Grimaldi's or Julianna's. Fughedaboudit!
- Margarita KrupSeptember 22, 2015One of the top three pizza I have ever had! Try the bee sting pizza and the beastmaster. Both perfectly spicy and delicious.
- funky flavorOctober 13, 2016I went to their location at the urban space, the pizza was ok but for the price it could be better. If you got try it, go for the bee sting. Has some honey on it to give you the sweet side.
- Paola GuerreroJune 24, 2015Definitely not your neighborhood pizzeria, but play around with the topping options. The speck is outstanding and the cheese is unreal. Definitely order 2 pies!
- priya ghelaniFebruary 14, 2015One of the best pizza spots I have been to in NYC! Amazing crust yum! And they substitute for vegetarians / have lots of veggie options :)
- Isabella🐱 PulcinelliSeptember 10, 2015Anchovies used on pizza should be filleted, salt-cured and stored in olive oil. Roberta's anchovies, instead, where from a marinade (with vinegar and/or lemon): sour flavor and grayish/white color.
- Giulia VillaMay 12, 2018Margherita is really good! not really traditional Italian pizza flavours! The take out section is really slow and busy...normally takes about 30 min to 1h to get your pizza!
- Adam SmithNovember 13, 2014Pizza is great and the tipi bar out the back is really cute. It's a little out the way, but a one of the highlights of my trip
- Alex PyatetskyAugust 19, 2017Back for brunch. Scrambled eggs really delicious, but pricy for portion. Bacon, by contrast, is a ~steak portion. Good, not necessarily a "must have."
- Devan FlahertyDecember 2, 2016Bee Sting Pizza. It's not on the menu, but it's amazing. Listen to all the other tips and do the Bee Sting. Honey and chilli is an amazing combo.
- Javier LorenzoFebruary 6, 2016Lil'stinker pizza and panna cotta is awesome too. Place, ambient and service is just amazing
- Elevine BergeSeptember 9, 2014Try the non-pizza items on the menu too! Kale sea salad, pasta with clams, and scallops and peach, are all delish! And come outside rush hours ;)
- Jennifer AndersonAugust 14, 2015Yes, it's a hipster cliche, and yes, it's also awesome. The pizza is excellent, but they are also vegetable savants. Order some sides.
