I thought the thrice cooked bacon was gross. BUT the pig tails were AMAZING the way they describe them about having to remove the meat from the spinal cord is disgusting but they are so so delicious
Mission Fail. Every item on the menu tasted the same which is basically a salt lick dipped in Sichuan peppers & chili oil. There was no balance only an almost steroidal need to slap the spice. Awful.
Not worth the wait. "Food comes when it's ready" aka half the table is done while the other half is still waiting. Food might be tasty but so are 1,000 other places in NYC.
Super snotty hostess stashed at the front as if we were trying to get a table at Perse. The attitude had us walking out in less than 2 min of being in there. We will go elsewhere .
