The only good thing is planes fly to & from here. All employees I have ever interacted with were rude, ignorant, discourteous, and unfriendly. I despise this airport!
Don't pay for a Smarte Carte. People leave their used ones around security, arrivals, and rental car return.
Be sure to find Cuban food while you visit. Larios in south beach is a good start!

Ülane V.October 30, 2015One of the worst airports I've flown from. Wifi free for 30 minutes, horrible food choices - my sandwich looked and smelled like from 3 days ago and there were rotten strawberries in the fruit cup.
1.1 miles from last AA gate D63 to the last baggage claim - be ready to walk... A lot!
Alma MNovember 19, 2011If you're bringing back duty-free goods, make sure to put them in checked baggage after customs. Otherwise, they'll make you toss your freshly purchased liquids. Worst set up I've seen to date.

Jamie WilliamsonNovember 27, 2022Very disorganized, depressing, ugly interiors, TSA pre check was a mess. Gate numbering is out of order at the end of the SW terminal. Very limited food selection. Not a great place to be.
