If you are not AAdvantage elite member - don't bother to go to Admiral Club at G15 even with First-class - the won't let you in. And if you are - don't bother either - this "lounge" is just crap.

The gates that connect flights to the Caribbean are small and have not food offer inside, better eat something outside first.

Be warned: Though the airport's website still says otherwise, Boingo is NOT supported here anymore. Was really pissed to show up assured it would work only to have to buy a day pass anyways.

Worst airport if u are running late. Prepare for the fact u will be waiting in 4 lines: a line to check in, line for baggage drop off ticket, a line a for baggage drop off then a line for security.

Ask specifcally for a cab that takes credit cards if you need one. Cabs that take plastic are rare. Draw your own conclusions.

Unfortunately many people refuse to be reasonable and follow the few rules for COVID protection. We saw many people wearing the mask under the nose or not using it at all. And no social distancing.

Air conditioning is cranked to 11 here. Dress warm or prepare to freeze your ass off. Be equally prepared to shed any layers the second you get outside.
