Mignon MayApril 23, 2012TSA here is brutal. They are extremely inefficient and rude. If your bag doesn't clear security, they make you go all the way to the back of the line. Arrive at least two hours before your flight.

Just found out there's NO Continental Presidents Club here! FLL is the way to go!
Be prepared for a very very long walk to get to the rental car center - ridiculous
The worst AirPort I've EVER been 2.Crowded,dirt and noisy. RUN AWAY from American Airlines.Their ground staff is just AWFUL.Uninformed,RUDE and uncapable of speak plain english. Also lost ALL my bags.

Spend as little time here as possible. Food options are terrible (especially for breakfast) and there's no free wifi.
Flying American out of Terminal D- they don't use the TSA pre-check line. Prepare for a 30min security line.

Airport has improved. More options to eat now. Take the skytrain (only operates on terminal D).
I always fly American but "F" them a brotha couldn't even get some peanuts on an international flight!

Marius KroonAugust 30, 2013F pier is horrendous. Make sure that you have eaten, bought your magazines and anything else BEFORE customs.
If you aren't from Miami grab a cortadito and a pastelito from la carreta
I dislike this airport very much. The WiFi never works. I have more success with WiFi on a plane than in the airport.
