- Afi Yellow-DukeJune 23, 2015Authentic and delicious thin crust pizza here. Get a pie with mushrooms and you're golden!
- Diego RufoApril 5, 2011The first pizza place in America: it was opened in 1907. Therefore, they know what they do. It is usually noisy and crowded but both food and "Godfather" ambiance are worthy. Read more
- Nikki VargasSeptember 25, 2011Oldest pizzeria in town with delicious pizza that is worth the visit. Heads up it is cash only and busy..best to go during the day.
- EstherFebruary 4, 2012No options of pizza to chose: Just the Original Lombardi's pizza adding as many toppings as you like. Try it with Meatballs+mushrooms! Yummy!
- Wim MathuesMay 25, 2019Pizza with Meatballs advised to us by a friend, which we ordered with 2 other toppings (roasted peppers & ricotta). The meatballs were good but the taste was very bland. Overpriced, just like the wine
- Michelle ButlerApril 15, 2013They accept reservations Mon-Thurs. Pizza was yummy! Exactly how it should be. Cash only, but they do have ATMs inside. We ordered a Large (18") Margherita to share, $24.
- Mark PritchardMarch 27, 2018Oldest pizza restaurant in NYC serving gourmet pizzas. Best pizza in town
- Mike BeauchampJuly 6, 2012Great place. If you wanna skip the lines, call in your order and get it to go.
- Danielle NeufeldMay 6, 2011So good.. but come on a random week night for less wait time. No reservations but if you can grab a seat on the bench the heat lamp will keep you warm!
- Romain CholletNovember 7, 2013For only $13 i took the calezone with extra cheese & panchetta ! Creamy and delicious ! Should take that ! 🍕
- Lidia BastianichOctober 31, 2011A descendant of the first true American pizzeria, opened in 1905 by Gennaro Lombardi at 53 1/2 Spring St. And the pizza is delicious.
- NatFebruary 21, 2012Take E or 6 downtown and get off on spring. Def worth the commute . Traditional Italian pizza like Nonna would make:) best pizza ever !
- Christian DickmannFebruary 4, 2017Friend told me I had to come here. Tried the calzone, and was quite disappointed. Had so many so much better pizzas in my life. Now I regret having consumed the calories.
- Wesley A'HarrahApril 28, 2018If you’re making your own, don’t go over three toppings. Trust us on this one. Remember it’s cash only.
- Daniel CapeApril 2, 2012Do you love yourself? Yes? Then prove it by getting 1/2 pie with meatballs & roasted peppers. 1/2 pie with pancetta & roasted garlic spinach.
- Jess NaldoJune 14, 2015There is so much better pizza elsewhere! Classic, yes, but just head over to Prince St. and grab a fresher, more quality slice with even better cheese. Plastic cups? Come on. Is this Chuck E. Cheese?
- Marc PelinaAugust 7, 2014Amazing brick oven pizza here! Not surprising as it's the first pizzeria in America.
- Erin MurphyOctober 13, 2014It's good pizza, but the wait is ridiculous. The tables are on top of each other too (I mean it's Manhattan so that's kinda normal but still). You have to go there at least once though.
- Riding BeanJune 12, 2016Expensive, worth the price if the service stepped it up. They tag team service but one of my servers couldn't get me a refill without the main server. Pizza is outstanding though.
- Jarel HillJanuary 31, 2018Great margherita pizza. White pizza was good. Would just stick with margherita here.
- Yes... He lies here are THAT good. Excellent pizza beer. Have a smooth pale lager or similar. Stay away from the Amber laggers, unless you dont want to savor the pie.
- JessicaFebruary 28, 2015Definitely their pizzas! Try adding spinach to your white pizza- adds much more flavour!
- Ava LuJanuary 10, 2012The margherite pizza with italian sausage and red pepper mmmmm... they only come in pies, wish I can just get a slice to go anytime!
- Jo TrentMarch 8, 2012The pizza here has that great coal oven taste that can't be mimicked with traditional ovens. Definitely worth trying out.
- George HeppelApril 29, 2017The food is fantastic. Try to go at off times. Wait is otherwise pretty long.
- AstoriawinedivaMarch 3, 2012They say oldest pizza spot in NYC. Their famous for Margherita Pizza, was good but not exceptional and rather pricey when NY is crawling w other fab pizza joints. A site for tourists in Nolita cin cin
- Danny PrickettFebruary 21, 2012The best! Original Margherita is awesome and the service is great! Try the Brooklyn draft as well!
- Daniel WDecember 27, 2012Make sure everyone in your party is present when asking for a table. You will get seated faster that way.
- Daniel JenkinsMay 20, 2018Oldest pizzeria in the US does not equal the best pizza. Not enough sauce, barely any cheese and the breadsticks were stale. Total fail. Save your money and go somewhere else.
- Tushar MakhijaApril 16, 2012Be ready for waiting in line. Try the scotch collection at the bar. Any and every pizza is awesome
- The White Pizza is the best I've ever had. The ricotta cheese is like icing.
- Ana Carolina MelloNovember 18, 2012Amazing pizza! Order the marguerite pizza com extra toppings of pepperoni and sliced tomatoes. Amazing!
- Joshua MintzJune 27, 2010Would never had tasted this without a random dinner guest's ordering decision, but the calzone - filled with a healthy mix of both mozzarella and ricotta cheese - was the best I've had.
- Valerie BrownJuly 6, 2011The best I pizza I have ever had from a Bronx native. Meatball is a must! A true dream and great delivery
