Everything is good at Lafayette. From the cocktails to the oysters to the baked goods to the lavishly presented slices of birthday cake, they always do a great job. Pictured is the Niçoise salad.
Amazing French pastries, breads and baked goods, great atmosphere and solid lunch/brunch options including this brisket burger w/ crispyfries. Prices aren't low but the experience lives up to them.
The atmosphere, decor, service and food are fantastic! I highly recommend the Grilled Asparagus and Frisée Salad to start and the Duck as an entree. Pastas good, too. Big wine selection. #nyceats
The brunch menu includes many of the standout dishes from the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. You can get a foie gras terrine, salads, soups, omelettes, steak frites, and tripes Bourguignon.
As far as $14 cocktails go, the saisonniere is really quite special. Oysters, asparagus, and octopus as starters! Steak frites = real deal. Finish with the chocolate-almond torte and then die happy.

A great bistro. A bit of a pretentious vibe but the food is good. I like to take meetings in the front or outside with just a coffee and a pastry. Also they have two soft boiled eggs for breakfast <3
Had a late night meal here when every other restaurant was just serving drinks. Sat at the bar and had a great chat with the bartenders and the kitchen staff food was excellent drinks were excellent.

One of my fave new brunch spots! Everything I've had is delicious. The pamplemousse is a perfect brunch cocktail and the lemon pancakes are awesome. The restaurant is spacious and beautiful as well.
The French toast is just plain delicious and unique with the pineapple. Great twist on a Bloody Mary, try the bloody Marie! The use of cork and other materials throughout the design of the interior A+
A great choice for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner... or just a quick snack from the bakery. Everything is amazing on the menu, so you really can't go wrong. (The pancakes are especially good!)
Big spacious place. Pricey menu for what it is but there are some solid choices. The duck is phenomenal with pumpkin and pomegranate. Steaks are great. Oysters on point. Cocktails quite yummy.
Highly recommend the charcuterie plate. It's sizable and comes with a great group of tasty items including rabbit, duckmousse, 2 pâtés, and much more. Unbeatable for the price; great starter for 2!
Stick to the bakery and try the almond croissant. It's like a crispycookie on the outside with creamy almond paste on the inside between layers of flaky, buttery pastry. Absolute perfection.
for dinner, share the little gem salad, coquilles, sunchokes, & duck au poivre. this matured French bistro in NoHo will never disappoint no matter the meal. it is chic, warm, and uninterrupted
RW menu is worth it. salmoncroquette and mussel for appetizer is the bomb! Mushroom risotto and skate is also not bad. Desserts are okay but nothing impressive. Also try the cheese, you have to!
I love everything about this place. Beautifully designed, and very Parisian. My favorites from the menu are the frisée salad, homemadegarlicsausage, pumpkin risotto, and the pork loin.
I've never had a bad meal here. Brunch, lunch and dinner have all been amazing. Grab petit fours on way out from bakery. Better than anything in dessert menu.
Best croissants! Toast with 2 boiled eggs perfect for a simple breakfast! Their granola is amazing! Ask if they add fresh mint to the yoghurt&berries and guaranteed best breakfast (portions are big).
The item you will see on each table is Lafayette’s boulangerie basket, which comes with a selection of pastries and bread from the very talented pastry chef Jennifer Yee. Read more
The Chilled Tomato Soup and the Duck Au Poivre makes for a perfect dinner. We always find it hard to decide between the Caramel Popcorn Bombe & the Cheese Course. Why not have both! Oui, Chef!
Perfect for date night or dinner with the parents. Service was A+ and both of our waitresses recommendations were great: the duck and spaghettinicoise were both great and had enough to take home!
Just stumbled upon this place & feel like I've stepped into Paris. Baguettes are the real deal here. Truly hard to find in NY. Iced cwaffee better than my usual haunt. Will be back for dinner for sure

Lovely ambience. Lemon ricotta pancakes light and fluffy. Salmon Benedict was yummy. The runaway hit - almond croissant. Will be back for the pastries .
What took me so long to come here? Kicking myself! Only had chance to try the black linguine and duck, but both were great. Need to get back soon for that chicken!
To try: tartines, lardon-rich saladfrisée, squid-ink fettuccine with shellfish and chorizo, risotto with mushrooms & asparagus, countrypâté, foie gras terrine, topped off with a Sazerac.
Part bakery, part bistro, Lafayette serves an array of French-inspired dishes. Opt for the Salmon Benedict or Lemon Pancakes for brunch, and don't forget to share the Boulangerie Basket.

One of the few brasseries in town using good coffee, Lafayette pulls tasty shots of Stumptown Hairbender, which can be enjoyed along with their scrumptious baked goods in the front bakery area.
Despite shaky service (slow drink order, wrong food brought out), everything was delicious and the atmosphere was terrific. Great sazerac to drink. Wonderful bread. Good pasta dish (fleur de soleil).
Second chance. Atmosphere is amazing, food is FAIR. Pastas are good, meats are OK, apps & bread basket is the best part. Get the Frisée salad w bacon, beef tartare, short rib ravs....not impressed.
highly recommend the venison with charred earthy mushroom and the smokey trout with savoy cabbage. for dessert - get the gateau marjolaine - a decadent multilayered chocolate cake
The vegetarian offering has a veritable tricolore theme, too, with layers of fresh mozzarella, stalky broccoli rabe that adds a delightful snap, and a hearty buffer of peperonata.
