Anees S.October 22, 2014Do not rely on the gate number on the boarding pass or the screen. Today my boarding pass had 25 and the screens had 23 for the gate number, I left from gate 27!!
Comparing to Dubai or other airports in the world,it is the worst before Jeddah airport which also is "hell". But let us see and hope to be the best after the renovation.

The Saudi Airlines counters are very crowded, it took almost an hour for me to check my baggage in when i already had my boarding pass. Theres no lane e-ticket holders lane.

It is way better and faster after removing the security gates. I can see that the duty free shops are revamped. The worst thing that they removed access to VIP lounge to all bank card holders :s
If you haven't came before 3 hours of flight maybe you should back to your home

Never trust the monitors/Displays while proceeding to your boarding gate. Make sure you confirm it with a staff... otherwise you might end up missing your flight...
