The most areas are under development. Also, its need more improvement on the decorations to be high-end. Moreover, the IT solution is too weak and non-use at all in KKIA.
When i asked the employees about the delay they said that i have to take the bus to my plane and when i went to the final gate there were no employees! And the gate closed early :) very unprofessional

- Finally the bathrooms have been redone. Yeah, you can even do a number two!
I have a weird experience everytime I travel via KKIA. The departure is troublesome while the arrival is smooth. The management need to focus on the staff.

Blast from the past, the TVs & Signs are still the same, haven't changed since the late 80's early 90's, they have become relics..miss my childhood
I hope I'm not only the person who is eagerly waiting for the grand opening of the new airport in Riyadh. This 1983 structure needs a serious transformation.
The good thing in ramadan you can smoke inside terminal while you are waiting bord to aircraft.
Long queues to screen luggage before check in... Try to come early, or pay SR10 to the porters to finish the job for you with a short cut.
MonopolySeptember 3, 2017Do you believe that ; I was at terminal 2 "Departure" and could not find any shops selling water! It's good If you put Water Vending Machine. Also, Starbucks "Terminal 1" didn't have all its menu.
