Very disappointed. Waited 1.5 hours in customs, with rude staff, dirty facilities and no free WiFi. Just hope departures is better!

Fly into or out of anywhere else & carry on your luggage unless you want to wait 45 mins for the carousel to move - this is hell on earth & if there's a place worse than hell, it's the Delta terminal.

I fly in-and-out weekly. Terminal 2/3 security is absolutely inept; come early! Terminal 4 is much better.
