People here are rude. Every time i come to the u.s. i feel unpleasant at the airport due to the rude people. JKF is the worst among many airport in the us.

Make sure your SuperShuttle gets you at the right terminal. Our driver was confused and got us to JetBlue instead of JetAirways terminal.

Delta customer service is terrible. When the check-in kiosks aren't functioning properly the employees will try to tell you you're not early enough to check in when you actually have plenty of time...
