Get the JFC, Tofu Coney Island to start, then hit it with either the triple pork triple garlic mazemen or Tokyo shio ramen.

Their chef special ribs are worth the $$. Incredibly seasoned with a salt sweet taste. Highly recommend the shio ramen

Delicious and slightly different from all the other ramen joints downtown. Highly recommend you try the mazemen.

Start with pickels and fungi tempura and finish with The Spicy Red Chili ramen 🍜 - it‘s hot & delicious!

The shoyu ramen and tsukemen were excellent, as were the pickles and daikon. Note that ramen as listed is bare bones and becomes expensive once you include add-ons

Ordered Chicken Paitan and replaced chicken with porkbelly and added bamboo. Very unique taste! I really liked it.

They take reservations! The pork ribs are amazing especially to share with a few people. The saki toddy was sweet and warm.

Creative ramen. The chilled lemon shio is really refreshing. Portions are on the small side. Worth a try!

Spicy ramen is great. The chopped egg and pork sort of sit at the bottom but the noodles are tasty and the broth is hot so it's tolerable.

Before your ramen, you must get the killer L.E.S. Buns: pastrami, karashi mayo, daikon slaw

The lightest ramen is the Shio. Get the four cheese, spicy, or triple pork if you want a heavier meal.

Tried the Paitan 🐓 ramen after glowing reviews. Thought it tasted too "chickeny," like how leftover cold chicken tastes if that makes sense. Also too salty & wrecked my GI tract for a full day.

Be a good Jew and try their take on the Latke with ikura. Be a bad Jew and try their pork meatballs! Both are better than the ramen in my opinion.

I didn't find the ramen as inventive as people say. For the small portion & price, I would def go elsewhere like Ramen Lab or Takashi. The maple sweet potato was a surprisingly good mash up though!

Tongue appetizer, shoyu ramen fully loaded, and garlic mazemen. 1000 year old deviled eggs are nice too. Not a huge fan of their other appetizers.

The fully loaded spicy ramen is very tasty, but it is certainly hot. Some other tips led me to believe that it's medium heat. No, it's pretty hot. Don't get it unless you can handle it.
