Start your trip to ICN from Seoul 3,5 to 3 hours before your flight. You NEED this time!
Have been to many airports around the world but this one is right amongst the top. Plain and simple, things just work efficiently here.

Traffic from downtown, The Shilla Hotel, to airport during rush hour took 2 hours.
Good and efficient service by airport staff. There are no more restaurants past the immigration counter, though, only Duty Free shops.

Best airport i've been to. Lots of food courts and shopping areas.
Fat PerezApril 2, 2013Travel Refund Tax Booths open at 7am, so if you have a flight earlier than 7, it's either you cannot refund your tax or you miss your flight!
Always needs to spare extra time for transit because of highly congested traffic conditions.

NortiluzNovember 29, 2012The LImo, deluxe taxi, maybe more expensive than the regular car. However, it is more comfortable . Besides, a driver can speak english. Even though, it is not so well :D
Korean Air Prestige Lounge is goooood to have some snack and light meals.

Great free wifi everywhere. Eat before going through security. Slim pickings around gates.

muttibeyMay 25, 2024It is huge. Compared to Istanbul not that huge but let’s says it is big. What happens is that at 10 pm almost everything is closed and it is a shame.
One of the most convenient airport in the world. Trust Me!!

NancyApril 2, 2016Flew in and out of Incheon from two different airlines and experienced 20-30 minute delays due to air traffic at Incheon. Something to consider if transferring to another flight
Free wifi. Easy to get in and out of this airport via subways or buses or KTX trains. Taxis to seoul or anywhere else is not really worth it and expensive.

Duty free shops, restaurants, SM's Everysing, free wifi... Definitely the besr airport of the world
