- I have to say, this airport is massive! It would take a train ride to get to your boarding gate after Immigration. You also get free wifi and with fast speed at that!

- Jason RedmondApril 16, 2012If you have a layover the 4th floor has a rest and relax area. Take a free shower and get something to eat. The Hub Lounge had a 40% discount for Korean Air and Asiana Air transfer passengers.

- Trebla OsubaMarch 12, 2017Nice huge and busy airport. Nice airport if you have a long layover. The terminal is like a big shopping mall with many food choices.
- Photography- friendly for plane spotters especially at air side, free wifi around the airport - no password or registration is required! Signs are everywhere with English, so don't worry.
- Huge and modern airport. Careful with queue time to go through border controls. Best option is in-town check-in to get priority lane access. Crowded duty free

- Got too much free time? Head over to the airport cinema to watch some movies, skate on their indoor ice rink, or make crafts at their cultural center.
- If you like boba/bubble tea, there’s several Gongcha stores scattered throughout the airport, including one at Arrivals, one hidden otw to the airport train exit, and one inside Terminal 1 by Gate 45.
- Paris Baguette at 4F is must visit spot in the airport. It has nice airport view and duty free view :)

- MashaelApril 19, 2018Huge airport!You need to walk miles to find your gate.Everything is closed in the night time not even a shop that sells water is open. I suggest them to add vendor machines for thirsty people!
- Beautiful, fast, free wifi everywhere! Many duty free shops, but the prices are not so amazing. Interesting Korean beauty products, though!
- Get your customs stamp outside the boarding area / airport - make sure u fill up your receipt details before u claim your tax refund. Makes life so much easier.
- Brian NguyenJune 9, 2012You can legitimately spend the night here. There is a spa on the bottom floor. For 20000 won, they'll give you a locker, showers, hot tub, and a place to sleep in the lounge area.

- Great airport. Very clean toilets. Some with revolving plastic clean seat cover at check in. Buy your electric goods here as the queue to get your tax back is long.
- Peter T.November 14, 2014Do the free transit tours if you have a layover. Great way to get into the city or if you have some time to kill before the next flight.
- Clean with good WiFi. Many different restaurants and duty free shops make this one of the top airports.
- Avoid the crowds; the Rest & Relax area upstairs near the KAL and OZ lounges is ignored by most. Free massage chairs, free showers, free internet PCs. Dimmer lighting, ample seating.
- One of the best airports i have ever been to. Free wifi and going to Seoul from the airport (vice versa) is a breeze. Limousine bus and arex are really good.
- This has got to be the cleanest, cutest, biggest airport I have ever seen. Free wi-fi, and a variety of food to choose from - from McDonald's to local favorites!
- If you have an early flight the next day, better stay at the Spa on Air. For ₩20k you get to use all their facilities (dry/wet saunas, hot/cold pools). It's sure to keep you fresh for your trip.
- MLJanuary 4, 2015They have everything here. Rest&Relax area in 3F is recommended if you need a free shower and a place to sleep. There are free rental blankets, too.

- One of my favorite airports. Clean, big, and nice restrooms. Free day tours too for people on long layover.
- Rated #1 airport in the world! There's duty free shops for miles and if you buy food, they offer ice packs and concierge service to gates. Enjoy some Korean food on this airport on an island
- Angela WenNovember 27, 2012Larger food court is upstairs by gate 30. Tons of Korean options and a burger place. The souvenir shop by there is also the best for chocolate and treats.
- I really don't understand why president Mr. MB is trying to sell this amazing airport to a private company instead of under national property. It's the best airport around the world!!

- Free wifi of course. Many ways to get Seoul; AREX, airport limousine bus and taxi, For us, we preferred bus due to near to our Airbnb apartment.

- Be sure to be on-time, as security check can take an eternity due to a limited amount of lanes being open. Note that if your flight leaves within 30 minutes you can call the staff and jump the queue.
