Gloverboy: Piehunter rarely goes outside its pie remit, but Keen's is worthy of the occasion and a special mention. Famous for its mutton chops, but the T-bone steak won't disappoint.
Gloverboy: Tom Hood at the Queen's Hotel is famous for his monster pies. And rightly so. The main focus of his menu is the unbelievably huge steak and ale pie served with cheesy leak mash and peas.

Gloverboy: Two daily pie specials makes this venue a Piehunter favourite. Steak and kidney, served with creamy mash and some crunchy greens, is a top choice.
Gloverboy: Gastropub Anchor & Hope serves an awesome pie. A Piehunter favourite is the steak pie for two - a thick pastry top hides a huge portion of brilliant beef and tasty gravy.
Gloverboy: Serves a delicious game pie which came with a tasty bubble and squeak together with roasted carrots. Serves a good quality selection of ales and specials.
Gloverboy: Try the Mercer Pie. A delicious rump steak and mushroom option soaked in a London porter ale for a rich, dark and incredibly tasty gravy. A decent short crust pastry. Recommended.

Gloverboy: If it's on offer, don't think twice about the chicken and leak pie for two. Piping hot and fresh from the oven, the pastry was a fantastic suet-crust.

Gloverboy: A wonderful pub. Even better if you can get a seat. Enjoy the St Peter's Brewery cask ales and probably the best pork pie in London. With mustard of course. www.piehunter.co.uk
