It took four employees to figure out that Gaylord should provide a free car ride to the shuttle after I had been waiting for the King Street Metro more than 40 minutes.
Avoid the buffetrestaurant. Just run. Service was worst I've ever had, to the point where we went to the waiters' station to get drinks ourselves. Many tables were ignored, and it wasn't crowded.
Like the other 4 Gaylord locations at which I've stayed, this one too is overpriced by double, lacking in sincere customer service and absolutely nothing special. Its just big. Avoid if you can.
Totally overrated. .. small rooms and the beds are very uncomfortable. .. you can use your Marriott Rewards Points.. But, trust me. . This ain't no Marriott. ..
Instead of reducing our bill by $100 for the lack of heat and hot water in the bathroom sinks for 3 days, the Gaylord should have comped the rooms due to poor service.
