An absolute madhouse on Saturdays when the farmer's market is happening. Go then if you thrive on the hustle/bustle. Otherwise, go during the week when it's less hectic.

Food court is nice but expensive. There's also a farmer's market with some tents selling steet food on Saturdays and Sundays.
