Just go with what all the other tips say: biscuits+gravy and eggs Rothko. also great: candied bacon and pancakes. good but not spectacular: country ham, hash browns.
Duck hash. Half way through I noticed it was full of chopped celery (which I hate). Perhaps bc it's slightly cooked. If I knew I would have ordered something else. And it was still really good.

Take the Cheese Grits w/ eggs and sausages for a great glutenfree and low fructose breakfast. They need to work on expectation management though, letting us wait for 30min, said it would take only 5.
I'd say get there early to avoid the crowd, but the baby toting residents already have that covered. Boo. Worth the wait tho. Act like a pro - put your name on the list that hangs by the door.

Egg makes one of the best biscuits I've had north of the Mason Dixon. My grandmother's ham biscuits are hard to beat, but the biscuits and ham here are pretty darn good.
Eggs rothko and the definitely top it off with the Pound cake, custard and ice cream desert... SO DELICIOUS! Also loved the individual french presses for coffee.
One of the two places I will wait for (the other is Momofuku Saam). Get the grits - they will change your life! Poached eggs + grits w cheese + bacon + stewed tomatoes = best brunch ever.
