Jan VelasquezJuly 22, 2013Avoid this airport unless you have at least three hours to make your connection when flying in from overseas.
Wifi here is the worst. Free but never works. Use an airline lounge wifi. They aren't the fastest but they work.
Maybe it's just having a bad day, but the WiFi here is no bueno.
Security is really slow this morning, so prepare to wait.
Diamond security now handles all wheelchair passenger screening. Crazy stupid.
There's a smokers lounge across from Five Guys in Terminal B.
Nice renovations to terminal C... But yes, that was a long walk!

Ryan CarrollNovember 29, 2010This is the worst airport in North America. Known it for years, but just discovered a whole new echelon of suck: Customs at 12:30 AM in the morning. Damn this place.
Ann-Marie VillaroseMarch 23, 2015Good lord this place is a hot mess. We basically walked a 5k just to get to the flight transfer area. Customs is about as speedy and easy as a 3 day fast.
Goodbye people movers, hello slowest trains in the world.
Security doesn't open till 5AM. Don't bother coming earlier if you got an early flight.
Not which takes longer...the crappy wifi to load a webpage or for me to get between two different terminals.
