J. EuellApril 25, 2013Electrical outlets are scarce. The rare charging stations only allow chargers up to 2 Amps. The standard 10W iPad chargers are 2.1 Amps, so they don't work. Boo!
Avoid if possible, especially if you have status. Premier line only begins after you wait 30 minutes in the general line. Clearly the people who planned the beltway work here as well.

The Dulles Diamond security checkpoint secret is out; the regular security line is now faster. Shame.
Definitely arrive at least 3 hrs early for int'l flights!

Find out if the trains are working before following the crowd after 3 am.

If you're leaving before 5am go to the diamond lane (near baggage claim 8). Regular security line isn't open that early
