Come hungry. Meat by the pound American BBQ at it's best. Vegetarians steer clear. Communal seating here so get one of your party to secure a spot while someone else goes up and orders.
Best Mexican in the hood. It's a small place, so expect to wait a bit for a table, but grab a Guava Margarita at the bar while you wait and dont miss the Tounge Taco! Seriously don't be scared.
Unfortunately Heath Ledger didn't live to see the opening of his café, but I'm sure he would have been proud. Pulls an attractive crowd great food and cocktails. Be prepared to wait on weekends.
Good ol' comfort food is great for the soul. Fried chicken box followed with a slice of sour cherry pie. Classic. Also I had no idea 'A la mode' meant 'with a scoop of ice cream' but hey i'm foreign.
It's hard to find decent Pho in this city. Especially when you've been spoilt by the treasures of Victoria Street in Melbourne. But this place comes damn close. The guys close early (9pm)!
