Unbelievably ghetto staff. Awful food. Unfortunate, Times Sq location that doubles as a rest stop for tourists. At the very least, the interior isn't too bad. Free wifi

Service is poor. The staff is ignorant and unhelpful, borderline rude. The coffee and food are ok. The deco is nice.

This place is terrible. Avoid. Poor service, dry sandwiches, and given a salad with no fork because they ran out... And no option to return the salad.
