Bypass the espressos and cappuccinos for misugaru, a multigrain blend that tastes distinctly of barley but also contains black beans, sesame seeds and brown and black rices.
Nice library atmosphere with free wifi and power oulets. Decent food and pastry selections. As far as I remember,,their misugaru latte and belgium waffle was really goooood
Pick a spot, any spot. The hanging bulbs, bookcase, and exposed brick are juxtaposed with the industrial steel decor and location in the middle of Times Square. Wifi, chill people, and available space
Red velvet latte is ridiculously tasty - I believe it is topped with crunchy pieces of the red velvet liege waffle, which brings me to my next point: there is an an astounding selection of waffles!
I've been here only once, and the neat little reading area is my favorite spot - good, non-trashy books to pick up & read. And considering how close it is to Times Square, the place was nice & quiet.
If you are going to attend a show close and it's getting chilly is a great spot to wait. There is also enough space in the back to work or have fun with friends. Great decoration!
Good place to hang out at during cold winters. I like the book cafe. And it's conveniently next to the Book of Mormon theatre in case you want coffee before the show.
Coffee break: This South Korean coffee chain has opened a massive location in Midtown. Pastries, gelato, smoothies, sandwiches and waffles are all on offer. Read more
I'm a big fan of Korean style cafes because I like the decorations and some of the Korean desserts (misugaru latte!). The coffee and wifi here is also much better than Starbucks.
Surprising respite from the chaos of Times Square. The cozy atmosphere and comforting, sugar glazed crunchy and fluffy waffles will have you settling in peacefully in no time.
Surprisingly big for a Time Square cafè. Lots of seating, outlets, and beautiful atmosphere! Food is nothing amazing but it's not exactly horrible either. Open late so great for after hours studying!
I always love the atmosphere here--though their cranberry almond misutgaru frappe tasted terrible... I'm assuming the baristas aren't that experienced. The cafe's fairly new anyway.
Waffles in the flavor of your choice and in the summer, you must enjoy their strawberry bingsu - the red bean mixed with strawberry is out of this world!
Seems that they have only one person trained on how to make espresso and they are rarely around. Love the Misugaru latte and waffle with goat cheese so that's a plus
I was delight with my visit in here.! You SHOLUD try the strawberry whipped cream waffles they are the best. Be sure you re getting the Fresh ones. Also the moka its awesome.
Large and cozy interior! There is space for everyone. Nice place to work, but internet sucks! They need upgrade their internal network big time! <1Mbps is way to slow...
The food and coffee are terrible, but there aren't many places in midtown with wifi, outlets, and space. If you need a spot to do some work in the area, this is one of your best bets.
This place is great! It's definitely not what was expected! The bubble tea was not the best I've had but the coffee's great and they have flavored waffles!
I tried their cappuccino and...just not for me. They have many bakery options tho. Because of this one location, you may not find a seat (sometimes) although they have a huge seating area.
"The iced americano ($2.25) is incredibly strong without tasting burned. The maple leaf latte ($4.35) is sweet without being sickeningly so, and if you get the right barista they will even draw..." Read more
