"Best all-around choice... The braised short ribs and burratasalad are just 2 of our fav menu items" – Rob & Janene @ www.ThisIsMyDowntown.com/Rob-Janene
Had the best macarons here. The mango flavor is a bit too strong for me. Eclair is ok, not puffy. The trenne is great if you like crispyspaghetti but they are not flavory.
Great atmosphere, great prices, great cocktails but the food is hit or miss. However, the trenne never lets me down. Order the souffle (pictured) as you're ordering your entrees.
I've stopped in for breakfast during the weekdays in the past and always have been disappointed with the service. Today I was proven wrong. Eric in the bar handled all guests like a career waiter.
Pick up some baked goods or macarons on the way out. Tamara is an amazing pastry chef in residence, don't miss out on tasting some of her brilliance. And the packaging in the marketplace is a treat.
New DTLA Obsession. Very NYC-esque. Eggplant paremesan was delish! Try the asparagus and egg, portobello fries for small plates.Don't forget to pick up desserts from the bakery!
Delicious foods and pastries. Excellent service. The only downside is the super loudmusic. You can't hear people sitting across from you. Saw John Lithgow here, too.
