Dane BMarch 24, 2012It's a damn shame Eddie has such a vendetta against hot sauce. I recommend sneaking over to Vanessa's and squirting just a li'l sriracha on your baos. Totally cranks 'em up to 11.- I crave the chairman and birdhaus baos pretty much every week.

- Stefanie CheukJuly 6, 2014The Baos are not worth it for $4.05. Ssam bar baos are much better and that's a block away and cheaper. Quality of pork belly was not great and the flavor combinations with the sauces was not great.
late night go to. Atmosphere and music are almost as good as the food.
