    If it's convenient to your destination, fly into Washington National instead. Lines are considerably shorter and the airport isn't so crowded.

    Southwest keeps up the A and B concourses very nicely. Delta and AA's C concourse is not as nice, but clean. Concourse D is in terrible shape.

    Anyone who has difficulty here is probably lacking common sense. Easy airport to use. Fly Southwest, no reason not to.

    Worst airport yet. Multiple level boarding is confusing af and at least half of the electrical outlets and plugs don’t work. I hate this place.

    BWI public WIFI does not seem to work. I can see the Login but get no connection to the internet. Had to use McDonalds WIFI instead.
