Dan SchiaffoJanuary 19, 2014Staff seemed generally quite miserable and room was VERY noisy. We were on the top (sixth) floor overlooking Canal st. First time here so we had no idea. Never again!

YW WangDecember 31, 2012We were charged in room video though we did not watch any movie. The front desk lady and her manager were rude and refused to correct the bill.
The rooms are nice but for the price you think they would have a refrigerator

For the simple reason of lousy valet service alone, I will never stay at this hotel again.
