Amber: Dining in the tavern is always a good choice - consistently good service and delicious food. Also, they have a burger that is only available during lunch, but is worth making an effort for.
Amber: Super tasty New Zealander food. Similar to Gramercy Tavern and Tuome as far as quality, price and niceness. Three of my fav nice, quiet dinner spots.
Amber: Best pancakes in NYC (go for the chocolate chips). Also, the latkes with sour cream/apple sauce are always a good choice. Solid menu all around.

Amber: Just when I thought the Baohaus had a corner on the gua bao market... Bunsmith shows up out of nowhere and knocks it out of the park 🙌 Out of the way, but worth the trek.
Amber: Incredible ice cream. Another one of my favorite ice cream places in the world. The flavors are rich and the scoops are large - ordering a double is often a mistake 😂

Amber: Creative flavors, super high quality ice cream. Try 'tea dance'. One of my favorite ice cream places in the world. That said, I was devastated when 'Coffee and Champagne' disappeared from their menu.

Amber: A transplant from Philly, Han Dynasty is still the best Szechuan I've found. Their heat scale has gotten somewhat toned down over the years, but everything else has stayed the same - awesome.
