Probably the best dinning experience I've had in NYC, first time trying New Zealand cuisine and loved it. The flavors are different and exotic, the 10 course tasting menu is phenomenal, A must have!!!
As a huge fan of NZ sauv blanc, love the wine program here. Did the a la cart here and enjoyed the gazpacho to start and halibut as a main. Cheese plate to end is pretty fantastic as well.
Wonderful new addition to the neighborhood - foie gras and the octopus were especially outstanding. Staff were very attentive and had excellent suggestions.
We had an amazing meal here. Bold, adventurous cocktails to start; oysters, New Zealand venison and cod were all superb. The menu changes daily here so we'll be back to try the tasting menu next time.
The chicken and egg is unctuous poultry heaven & the tofugnocchi is a super-unique umami explosion. But my fave bite was the seasonal corncustard w raw corn, herbs, & truffle.
Tasting menu with wine pairing was a real treat. Loved the smokey Manhattan cocktail. Exceptional service. This place is great for celebrating a special occasions
Superb cocktails were a great start to the meal. Had the short storytasting menu with wine pairing, it was great! Especially enjoyed the appetiser with peas and lemon aioli and pork on shortbread

Beautiful restaurant. Best table is the one in the very back, seems more private and has a nice view to a beautiful back yard. The Stake and Cheese pie was delicious. Very interesting cocktail menue
We had no trouble getting last minute booking for 4 and the restaurant was pretty empty but we had a lovely time working our way through the menu. All excellent and great service to boot.
Modern takes on New Zealand cuisine are executed to the tee at Musket Room. The 6 or 10-course tasting, which includes the signature tomatogazpacho and smoked scallops, is an excellent introduction.
Innovative and impeccable dishes in one of the bets decorated restaurants in Nolita. Quail is a must haves. Pig blood dessert was the true gem. Highly recommended, will come back anytime!
Delicious. Enjoyed the cod, the passion fruitdesert is one of my top five deserts ever. Small portions. Very french style in that regard. Loved the pino blanc from New Zealand.
Get seated in the back room. There’s an airy vibe that overlooks a beautiful garden where they grow much of their greens & edible flowers. It feels like you’re in a rich person’s upstate escape house. Read more
The food was great - appetizers are small, but good. We tried the steak and cheese pie, cod and roasted chicken, all delicious. Service slightly less than friendly especially considering the prices.
The menu changes more often than we go, but I don't think we've ever eaten anything we didn't like. Everything is so well executed, even something I wouldn't go for is a safe bet on deliciousness.
The steak and cheese pie is delicious. It's a deconstructed version that is basically just a delicious, tender filet with roasted vegetables and cheese foam (or something).
Get the tasting menu and speak to the somm about New Zealand wines. You won't regret it. Also: gin cocktail for two for one is the correct way to start a meal.

Food-tasting menu is delicious but VERY small portions and the spacing between each dish is very long (approx 30 minutes each). garden has heaters at every table and they take good covid precautions.
where have i been?! technique and tastes like nothing i've seen. get the venison and cold smoked scallops. then ask to check out the backyardgarden. what a treat! #supernomz
Yeah New Zealand not Australia. Bloody Aussies always trying to claim our exports. Marvelous, marvelous food and service, laid backgastronomy - will be back.
