matteo sgroSeptember 8, 2013This is the only airport i have been where u need 2 euro to get a cart for ur luggage, not only u have to pay, but you cannot even find a machine to change ur paper money into coins.. working..
Always a queue - and will have to wait ages for your luggage. Good old Italy! ;)
Won SohFebruary 11, 2014If you're going to Milan, this is the wrong airport. make sure you land in Linate instead. If you're here already unfortunately- taxi flat rate to Milan is 90 euros. I would find a bus/train.
I found the security staff at Milan Malpensa airport to be unfriendly and unprofessional. They exhibited an overly zealous attitude.
Jillian LincolnNovember 27, 2010If you can't find your gate they make it really easy for you. Just check the departure screens and it tells you what terminal, check-in, and gate.
If you got an early flight, you can't even buy a bottle of water; all shops closed & no vending machines...Yepp I'm thirsty

Don’t trust there’s a reason for a super long line. Go look and you’ll see people just stop for no reason.
James HansenJune 15, 2019Worst organized airport I’ve ever been in. Lacking signage to tell you where to go and the signs that exist are wrong. Be super certain whether you need to be at terminal 1 or terminal 2!
check in doesn't open before two hours before departure. No use coming early for "lounge life"

Luggage storage will cost you 9 euro (10 per bulky luggage) a day!.. And if you have 4 pieces of them-not value for money((
