Good: you can get here with a train from Centrale, Garibaldi or Cadorna. Bad: if you're flying to the US (I was on AA) the Terminal 1 check-in area's placement makes no sense at all. Okay overall.

The queue for x ray check is always shorter if you take it from right side at the entrance

If you are going to Milano, you are in the wrong airport. Always try to land at Milano Linate instead of Malpensa!
Taxi will cost €100 into centre. Take Malpensa express to Cordorna for €11 and then metro right outside station. Easy.

C HJuly 29, 2011The internet totes are insane expensive. Best option cost/benefit for internet is to pay (from) 9 Euro to 1 hour wi-fi on the networks available (Swisscom, Boingo, etc).

You would think a big well known city like Milano would have some english in its signs at least at airports, but no.
British Airways now uses the local lounge. You can have aperitivo there.
