Buy chocolates outside the boarding area (there is a Coop supermarket), instead of the Duty Free! Better prices and selection.

purplefilesAugust 7, 2014I am surprised at so many reviewers saying it's the best airport ever. It's not the worst, but definitely not the best. Check-in desk took us ages, cafes and duty free are unimpressive...

Latias LeeAugust 21, 2013Took a 15min taxi ride and charged over 30 francs. Swiss prices are really impressive!! Use the public transport if possible which is only acceptably expensive!!
Theo VassiliouApril 13, 2013Wi-Fi is really free. For 60min. But normally this is ok. Good organized airport. If you Swiss is in time short layovers are manageable.
Tram 10 right outside the airport takes you to the center of Zurich in roughly 20 minutes.
Need a shower? Pick up keys in the Family Office near Transfer A and head over to the toiletts in walkthrough to Gates B1-10. Open 6:30-22:00 for 15CHF.
