Make sure to head across the way to the shopping area for Starbucks and more
On the tram between the gates and the terminal, LOOK OUT THE WINDOW. I won't ruin the surprise, but it makes a long flight worthwhile.

If your flight gets cancelled avoid the queues and march to 1st and demand to get on the next flight with another airline... Seemed to work for me
CerenAugust 29, 2012It is not the most organized! Signs are really not put enough and many counters are closed so you have to walk all the way between transfer gates...
Come on people. Run, run, run. I am on an Air Suisse flight and transfer time one hour is about two hours too little.

What a mess… Security takes over an hour, the boarding pass scanners are broken, and everything is stuck…
Mladen MarinovićFebruary 3, 2013Don't use the Sony charging station for charging your phone. It messes up the PIN you enter. I got my phone back after 20 retries of the same PIN.
For those flying outside Schengen area: go shopping before passport control there is nothing good after
Terminal B has no Sprüngli shops so far. Be sure to get some early (turn left after the first boarding pass check).
Food on Swiss air short haul flights is in edible. Buy your sandwiches before entering security.
