Stayed here for 2 days as an SPG Gold member. Payed a premium for an Epcot view with balcony and was given a room on the lowest floor, a very far walk, and very weak AC. I suggest you stay elsewhere.
The hotel complex has awful internet service for large conferences. When the masses began arriving the speed went from tolorable to waiting 20 minutes or more for an outbound email to upload.
Were given a noisy room with insane noise all night, couldn’t sleep, asked to move to a different room but no one seemed to care. Didn’t enjoy this hotel at all
Not impressed at all. Room is dated, rough, and smells of stale old cigarette smoke. For the price, there are nicer, newer, and better maintained hotels in this area. Live and learn.
going to the park r not, our stays at the @SwanDolphin (Dolphin) have always been great. This trip, our 26th Wedding Anniversary was even better. The service is as great as the food & choice of pools
Check in later in the evening, for a single night and ask for an upgrade. 10099 is a premium room next to the fountain running down the side of the hotel.
Tough to say negative things about Disney, but this place sets a new [low] standard. Hidden fees, odors, and a cavernous and confusing layout diminish the experience. We don't love it here.
Old and run down rooms. Felt dirty. Mattress ripped. $16/night parking. $23/day resort fees. Stay somewhere else where paying resort fees and parking are worth it.
Walt Disney World Dolphin benefits from a superb location adjacent to Epcot® and in the center of Walt Disney World® Resort. Disney's Hollywood Studios™ and Epcot® are a short walk, while free transportation is available to all theme parks.
