- Beautiful Hotel.. Located just a boat ride away from Epcot & Hollywood Studios. 5min walk to the Disney Boardwalk as well. Pool is beautiful and the restaurants inside the hotel are great!
Carlos PereaMay 9, 2017Fountain is a great place to eat with kids. Their burger is great, but a little messy. Plenty of exciting things to see throughout the whole resort. You're able to see Epcots fireworks at night.

Tom Moondog DelMundoDecember 7, 2013Breakfast at Picabu is ridiculously overpriced. Take a walk to the bakery at the boardwalk for a slightly less expensive breakfast of fresh sticky buns and danishes.
At the end of the stay we were charged off fairly large amounts. We have a second month of contact with customer support and can not help us. I would not advise you to stay at this hotel!

This is an older hotel, with the sort of keycards you still have to slot into the door instead of tap. The room door doesn't seem to easily close so make sure you hear the door click shut!
Christina VernoiaSeptember 25, 2012You get a service charge at picabu .. Its a self serve cafeteria type place. the only difference is that someone cleans off the table when you leave. Even when you bring up stuff to your room.
ANovember 23, 2014Get a lake view- the higher up the better. Gorgeous view of the lights, fountains, and fireworks.
Great location to Epcot and Disney Studios, but the bathrooms in the room need to be updated big time. Barely can sit on the toilet and shut the door.

While the grounds and the hotel are generally very nice. EVERYTHING is overpriced...even for Disney. Quick service Picabu restaurant is more expensive than take out from Bluezoo - pretty ridiculous.
Kimonos at that swan is one if the best Japanese restaurants in Orlando.

- I believe the best place for a large group to go is Jelly Rolls on the Disney Boardwalk. A 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Kathy RitondoAugust 23, 2010Buy a refill cup at the Picabu for $12.99 and get free drink refills (coffee, soda, tea) unlimited at the Picabu or other hotel restaurants.
If going to the parks, we found that later in the day, the wait lines are waaaay shorter. Seems people arrive early and leave by 4pm allowing quicker access to rides.

Already had to switch rooms twice! (First smelled like mildew and the previous people's food was still inside of the trash can, and the second's closet door was busted and fridge was broken)
