Perfectly “just good” space; best value. I’ve been a member at ~5 coworking spaces in NYC over the years (incl. WeWork). Dedicated desk is 40% cheaper than a smaller office at WW. Less tech bro here.

A gorgeous new workspace with affordable rates and great energy with a lot of awesome up-and-coming companies. Definitely one to check out if you're in the market.

This is the kind of place where people are asked to wash their dishes – and alternatingly they do, or leave chunks of food to dry on, or don't – so one really needs to wash any dish before using it.
