Purchased anything from sweet 16 gifts to retirement gifts. Recently had a bad issue with a $700 watch that failed 4 times in 5 years, had an extended warranty & was then asked to add in $400 more.
VERY disappointed. Service was half-assed, she was eager to get rid of us and our measly $300 purchase. Condescending, trite and rude. NOT IMPRESSED. Will go directly to Pandora in future.
