Get the spring rolls and wrap them in the lettuce and basil and a dash if Sriracha. They come hot and loaded with pork.

Great spot, super cheap lunch and the owner is great. I refer to him as the vietnamese don knots. Very nice and funny guy. I'm happy to patronize his place anytime. And the food is good. I love #38.

The #1 Pho is really good. The fried spring rolls were a little too greasy and didn't have enough flavor.

They recently renovated. It's much cleaner. Prices have gone up 50 cents to a dollar. Service has become a lot slower too.

Nope. Pho noodles were wrong, broth didn't have enough flavor, grilled pork was lacking... If you're from the Bay Area this won't do.
