西院 （さいん）November 21, 20182018年11月1日開店。まず券売機で食券を買い、先頭の木札のところに並ぶ。食券を渡す時に麺・味、油のオプション（硬め、濃いめ、少なめ等）を告げる。カウンターは8人分ほど。白米を食べるか聞かれたあと、程なくして麺の提供となる。ごま、酢、胡椒、生姜、ニンニクなどでカスタム可。味は横浜家系らしくこってりなので、脂っこいのが苦手な人は「（油）少なめ」オプションを。店員さんはフレンドリーで親切でした。Upvote5Downvote
