The collection housed in this 1959 Le Corbusier building, was assembled in the 1900s. Considering it was begun so recently, it was surprisingly good ranging from 15th century icons to Monet to Pollock

Not a big collection, but totally worth the price. There is some nice painting by Monet, and sculptures by Rodin. Interesting to see.

Some of this is interesting, but honestly not a wildly impressive permanent collection and quite a lot of quite underwhelming stuff. For a European tourist probably skip.

Watch out! They’re planning to close Jan 23-March 17 2023 for refurbishment but only put the post in Japanese They haven’t bothered to update the English version

企画展示室内でのビデオ・写真撮影はNGだけど、常設展示室内ではOK（フラッシュ・三脚は不可）。少しだけ「カメラ不可」マークの絵があるので注意。あ、もちろん営利目的の撮影は不可。Google アートプロジェクトの所蔵作品一覧ページが素晴らしい。 Read more

あの有名なロダンの「考える人」が展示されています。前庭東側「地獄の門」の中、前庭西側の「拡大版」、館内の「原型」の合計3体あります。ちなみに「拡大版」は、ロダンの原型を元に、ルボセによって拡大されたものだそうです。

2016年7月、「ル・コルビュジエの建築作品」のひとつとして世界文化遺産に登録されました。This is registered as a World Heritage Site on July 17, 2016 . Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier desined this building.

国立西洋美術館：ル・コルビュジエ（1959）。コルビュジエが日本に唯一残した建築。ピロティや19世紀ホールのスロープなどコルビュジエらしい建築エレメントが豊富。

주로 서양 고전파에서 후기 인상파 정도까지 전시를 하는 듯. 기획전시관련 기념품 다양. 전시 관람 시설은 낙후 조금 불편.

2016년도 분카를 보러 여기로 왔었나보다. 바로 옆에 있네 :) 우에노 처음인데, 공원내 동물원도 있고 미술관도 있고, 극장도 있다

印象派の集合⁈毎月第2,4土曜日および文化の日を無料としている。今日はガーデニングが大好きだったモネの絵を観ることが出来て良かった~🎵

特別展のチケットで常設展に入ることが出来ます。ちなみに一部を除いて常設展では写真撮影が可能です（三脚やフラッシュはダメ）。

「国立美術館キャンパスメンバーズ」の会員校は常設展無料、企画展もかなり割引かれます。大学生は自分の学校が会員かどうか確認してみましょう。

모네의 <수련>, <노란 아이리스> 등 너무 좋아하는 인상파 작품들에 둘러싸여서 휴식중... 일본어가 가능하고 아이폰이 있다면 <Touch The Museum> 앱을 다운받아서 방문할 것 ㅋ

入館料が安すぎな国立美術館。中世西洋の宗教画が主力だが、教科書に載ってる作品が多いので学生時代を思い出しながら鑑賞できる。
