火鍋1人前2500円。肉を牛、豚、羊から2つを選び、野菜と刀削麺がついてきます。赤いスープはそれほど辛くないけど、山椒が入ってピリッとした辛味があります。締めの刀削麺がとても美味しい。ビールが合いそうですが、紹興酒がBESTです。

久しぶりに西安。スーラー刀削麺。辛くて酸っぱいスープが美味しい。パクチー大盛り。最近麺の量が増えた。

全体的にはちょっと塩気多めですが、量も多く美味しいです。店内も広くてゆっくり出来ました。
