    I recommend never using U-Haul. Or I would at least give them time to work out some of their bigger issues before ever considering them. I am currently facing a dispute with U-Haul.

    The guy that installed it didnt attach my muffler right after leaving the lot it broke. the splicing on my wires wasnt good and for two days I didnt have back lights I now have a hitch that I cant use

    Zero customer service! After all my problems and several calls I can’t even get a call back! You’d think after spending $400 for hitch installation you’d get some sort of help.NOPE! Never trust U-Haul

    U-Haul sucks! Made a reservation, paid the deposit, completed the online check in and 10 minutes before my reservation they call to say "sorry". Now I'm screwed and they don't care!

    A bunch of dishonest and deceitful employees, NONE of the stores can provide the same information. All stores telling us all different things. DO NOT USE UHAUL FOR ANYTHING.

    Very disappointed. I have been charged for a truck that I had returned (EARLY) 25 days later. Now I have to wait for them to return the money putting me in a bind with my bills. U-Haul does not care!!

    do not use U Haul in Goodyear on Citrus...a bunch of incompetent employees who are deceitful and a manager, MANNY GARCIA who doesn't do his job. I will be calling corporate.
