Iso-Heaven (IPA)

Named after the Iso-Alpha acids that the hops impart after the boil, a staple style for many craft beer lovers

Black Tonic (Stout Porter)

Going back to the original, like the porter…Dark…but STOUT in every way

5th St. Wheat (Hefeweizen)

Located in the Oregon Historic Arts District of Dayton on 5th St. TBC is proud to offer a classic style with wheat and yeast flavors (hints of fruity esters and spicy phenols)

Abby Brunette (Belgian Dubbel)

Brown Belgian with classic nutty and caramel overtones with hints of yeast esters and phenols combine for a complex flavor, inspired by the Abbey monks, named after the brewmaster's wife, Abby

Liquid O (Brown Ale)

Complex nutty and caramel flavor, but not to sweet or overpowering

5 Rivers Pale Ale (Pale Ale)

Named after the‎ 5 rivers around and through Dayton, light on the alcohol, but never on the flavor, good balance of malts and hops

Gem City Ruby (Red Ale)

Named after the Gem City (Dayton's Nickname) . Touch of dark roasted malts give this beer its characteristic color. Slight malt flavor is balanced by generous hops

Abby's Cure (Belgian Tripel)

Lighter in color higher in alcohol that the Brunette, flavor dominated by select yeast strain and select spices

Down the road

Honey Biscuit (Cream Ale)

Our lightest beer, an easy drinker with slight hints of biscuit and honey malts which give this ultra smooth light ale its characteristic flavor

Barley Wine

Plethora of malts‎ and hope send this beer over the top.

Night Ender (Black Barley Wine)

Robust in every way, if it is too much now let it age for a few years

Hangar 18 (Porter)

Hangar (now building) 18, one of the rumored locations at Wright-Patterson Air Force base of the aliens taken from the Roswell crash. Dark Ale, full bodied, yet mysteriously and surprisingly smooth

Abby XXXX (Belgian Quadruple…ish)

Dark brown, rich flavor, sweetness balanced by generous hops

Abby Blonde (Belgian Ale)

Lighter in color and alcohol, clean flavor, hint of select yeast strain
