    The San Francisco International Film Festival employs the Kabuki as one of its' principal screens, and shows some of the most exotic, unusual films that you could ever hope to find.

    Theater 3 is next to a karaoke lounge. We could hear sound bleed several times during our evening screening. Asked manager for refund. Sundance you can do better for $16.50/ticket.

    Sit in the balcony at a table to enjoy dinner and a cocktail with your movie. You can also bring your cocktail into the upstairs theater.

    Seats are assigned, but don't delay getting to the theater. Very few coming attractions, if any.

    If you see a movie in theater 4, make sure you sit toward the center, as the screen is offsset to the right!

    This is totally a date theater, especially the upper level cafe area. Don't even think about coming here alone.

    Ladies, pee before you come. The kabuki women's bathroom line is always at least 5 people deep.

    Dinner with friends.followed by drinks and a 21+ showing of a G movie -- there was something profoundly comforting about the adult laughter that filled the place.
