Like all Firmdale hotels....beautifully furnished and very homely...we had room 403 a luxury room....very characterful and relatively quite
Made a beautiful birthday cake for my daughter while we were visiting NYC. Very easy to deal with by email and phone....and delivered on time.
Dan is a great host...nice well cooked breakfast as good as we've had in some very good hotels...rooms clean and comfy beds
Didn't rate the bar...too crowded and too many reserved seats...but be sure to check out the restaurant...best filet mignon I've ever had and great views
Go for a premier room...provides access to club lounge...well worth the extra
One of the best Dover Soles I've ever had.....filleted by the waiter and smothered with shrimps in butter

Stayed here on a Sunday night with dinner included...upgraded to a luxury river view room which had lovely views across the Thames to Houses of Parliament, London Eye to and Tower Bridge in distance

Stayed at the Soho Hotel twice and have had diner and breakfast in Refuel both times...good quality food on a relaxed (lively in the evenings) atmosphere

Singing waitresses provide great entertainment....a must do if you love musicals...I hope they all get their break someday, that deserve it
