Be diligent that they don't mess up your order. This is the 19th time they've messed up mine. It's unfortunate when you find out they did when you finally get home an hour later. So pathetic.

They have an iOS app so you can order before you arrive- don't be the idiot (like me) who buys HINT cucumber water when they have cucumber water for free! Ha!
They frequently forget ingredients, so Be careful and double check your order before you walk out.
Shelly RobinsonJanuary 31, 2011Line gets long around lunch time. Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your salad.- They still "forget" to put your extra $1 toppings. I tried tipping more, that didn't work. I tried not tipping at all. Didn't work either. Either skip the $1 toppings or make sure they're there.
The cucumber water is amazing! and so is the eggplant sandwich (but it takes a while to make)- If you're getting take out pls pls pls call and order in advance. Great food but soooooooo slow
