Sure it's usually nice, but my one experience I had to wait 45mins after ordering to find out the kitchen lost my order, no real apology, and expected to pay full price and tip. Disgraceful.

tip: don't bring a roll of toilet paper, put it on the table, then send your drink back cause it tastes funny. you will be given a new drink new drink and a check.
