    Of all the hype that can surround BBQ (Especially coming from Texas), please note that I believe this is the best BBQ anywhere. Simple, spicy, sweet, fresh, lean, and no lines. Though there should be.

    Ribs and pork shoulder are out of this world. Only disapointment is the mac and cheese, noodles were way over cooked. But tasted great.

    Tried the brisket dinner. It was just like any other bbq. I did not like the menu. They have more sandwiches than bbq type dishes. Sorry. Maybe there is some special items which taste better.

    Since the beef is so soft, you don’t need the silverware to eat the brisket. But be ready to make a mess of yourself
