Sightglass is a little bit out of the way from the downtown area, but the space is giant and full of natural light. They also roast their own beans here in this space.

If you're out near Berkeley, Local 123 is a nice shop that features Chemex brewed coffee with a metal Kone filter. They also have a nice outdoor sitting area out back.
